Has anyone closed with HSBC? I am looking to read their Arm's Length, so if anyone has one, I would love to know how it reads since they are so different between banks.

Is it a first or second lien file? I have second lien file approvals only and there are no ALT's forms. Doesn't mean there aren't any for them though.
It is a first lien and we have been trying to reach them this morning to see if they have an Arm's Length and we cannot get past the automated system -- any numbers to the Short Sale department you could share????
