The main issue I have had is that the appraisals are coming in higher than actual market value. Another issue is that the customer service/intake reps are not well qualified and do not give accurate information.

any other issues that are Illinois Short Sale specific? Perhaps questions about Illinois foreclosure laws, association fee laws, Illinois mechanic's lien laws, lien laws for unpaid real estate taxes in Illinois.
