Attorney Fee

Does anybody know what is the standard Fannie Mae sellers attorney fee?

I just got a counter offer with Wells Fargo/Fannie Mae in a NJ property where I was only offered $800.00 for the legal fees of the attorney on a $379k counter (about $125k over market value, but that is another matter). I was just curious as FHA pays higher on a loan of that size.
