I have an approved HAFA short sale with Bank of America with an auction date of Feb. 23. The second is with Chase but is now being handled by a collection agency name Redline Recovery Services. I am talking with the collection agency representative that is handling my file for more than a month now and he said the short sale is approve since its a HAFA and they are just waiting for Chase to release the written approval. It is more than a month now and the auction date is almost near the collection agency still not receiving the approval from Chase. I am trying to extend the closing date since I got a solid buyer just waiting for the 2nd approval to be release to go for loan docs and close the loan. I need help to resolve this issue between the Redline Recovery and Chase....

Redline is just a collection agency for Chase (mostly heloc) I don't think they bought the file from Chase. I requested an extension with BOA already hopefully i will get it soon.
