Short Sale Process

I have been working on 2 short sales with CMS, since the later part of Aug. 2009. Experiencing similar situation as Stephanie with them loosing the packages and asking for documents over again. We are definitely in a declining market. The seller's I am working with have continued to maintain the properties and the BPO's show that. Negotiater has had the files for the 2nd time for over 3 months. ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE HELPFUL.
