Contact information for somebody in the GMAC Short sale department that can make things happen?

I never thought I'd have to ask this for a GMAC short sale, but a situation has come up where I need to get in touch with somebody as high up in the ranks as possible in the short sale department.

Anybody have a good contact that can make things happen? I've never had an issue with a GMAC short sale in over four years until now. I'm having flashbacks of the old Countrywide Short Sales from back in the day and don't want to flip out.

We have an auction today. The GMAC negotiator requested a postponement but we have not got it. I have emailed all in the list submitted by Gen Hill and spoke with the Executive Office.

Who can I call that is a decision maker? It is a full price offer so it should be a "no brainer".
