My office just close a Short Sale

Where the bank countered the offer $100k less than the ALL CASH Offer. Are there any other experiences like this out there....Can you guess the Bank?

I have not had this happen but have heard from some of our members that have had the same experience. I guess the buyer just saved themselves $100,000!!
