Free Short Sale Tip You Can Use ASAP

One of the simplest negotiating tips:

When you leave a voice mail message for your negotiator (I know, they "usually" answer the phone, but play along with me here).

When you complete your message, hit "#" to send it with urgency. Doing this will often page your negotiator, send them a text directly to their computer, and, for some it will actually send them an e-mail.....good stuff.....

REALLY....your negotiator never answered the phone...that's unusual!!!!

The "#" thing works....try calling AT LEAST once per day....best if you call in the AM and in the PM.

Even better -- get the contact info. for your negotiator's supervisor......I have LOTS of tips and tricks for getting that information.

Just saw this "hit #" thing :-) my "former" negotiator Ashely Joseph NEVER answered the phone
