Sold 2 short sale ch 11 bk properties through "Equator".

Sold the above properties representing the bk sellor as "Debtor in Possession". Had several properties to dispose of , all in the state of California and in ch 11 bk. Sold properties were BofA loans from CountryWide and processed through "Equator System". Takes time and patience.
