- Growing up in Savannah (Chatham County), I have watched it expand to Bryan and Effingham counties with vigor. Though I left to pursue a career in the Coast Guard, I found myself coming back to stay and can enjoy both careers in the area that I know best.
* I acquired my real estate license in May of 2002.
* In 2008, I began my career in the foreclosure market working with a colleague as both listing co-agent and selling agent.
* During that time, I started completing BPOs for companies such as Clear Capital, Imortgage Services, Broker Price Opinion and many others. I continue to complete these tasks today.
* In 2012, I expanded my knowledge of bank related sales and began seeking out homes that were eligible for the short sale process. Research and a bit of footwork lead me to the individuals that had abandoned their homes fearing foreclosure, only to find that the process had yet to take place. I have been successful in the sales of these homes, learning the system through continuing education and trial & error.
* I maintain current knowledge on all of the local statutes and land use for my clients' best interests.
* I understand the importance of time constraints and work diligently to adhere to the standards of the task at hand.
I have recently expanded my service area from Chatham, Bryan and Effingham counties to add Liberty and McIntosh counties as well. I discovered that the expansion aids clients with assets in rural areas. My knowledge of these areas contributes to better clientele relationships.
