I have a seller who is doing a short sale with GMAC. He is worried that the lender will somehow attach his 401K as he does not have any liquid assets. Has anyone had any experience with this?Continue

I have a BOA first lien that has been HAFA approved for a short sale. Because of the HAFA approval on the first, is the second lienholder obligated to approve the short sale on the second?Continue
