GRI Designated (Michigan Association of Realtors Graduate of Real Estate), licensed salesperson and broker, ABR (Accredited Buyer Broker), CCIM 101, CCIM 102, CCIM 103 & CCIM 104 (Commercial), Graduate of Dale Carnegie, E-Pro Certified (Professional Designation from National Association of Realtors), Appraisal I, II, III and IV classes (same education as licensed fee appraisers). E-Pro Certified (Internet Designation) from National Association of Realtors. Various relocation certifications and attended various real estate conventions specifically on relocation. I have conducted real estate career seminars, taught new real estate agents getting in the business and sponsored various relocation seminars for new agents.
A licensed broker requires a higher level of education. I hold a broker license with the State of Michigan. I am able to perform certain tasks that a salesperson is not allowed to perform under Michigan law.
