- A Perfect Score! When I started in Real Estate 5 years ago, I dove head first into a “bad” market, where Short Sales and REO’s were becoming the norm. I began negotiating short sales, taking the experience I learned in Subrogation in the Insurance industry and using it to get distressed sellers out of debt. Five years later, I have helped hundreds of homeowners’ short sale their homes, as well as amassed experience working with distressed properties. I currently run a Distressed Property division where I have created and implemented the procedures used to successfully close these transactions. My experience has included all aspects of the Short Sale and distressed sale process from the initial contact with the borrower, “cash for keys”, evictions, trash outs, maintenance, etc. I have never taken on a file that I did not successfully close! My success rate is 100% and I pride myself on being the agent who will get a home SOLD in the shortest possible amount of time, for the best price.
