Haven't seen the letter - but have received similar information from CEO's office at WF re: a file in a similar situation.  They were able to get Freddie Mac to postpone due to Proof of Funds from Cash Buyer when Freddie had initially declined to postpone.  Hope this info helps!

Yes, got this yesterday from our local Title Company.....  I suggest you get your buyer to be pre-approved with Wells Fargo, if you think you are going to need a postponement of the Trustee Sale.  Many of the servicers are not postponing Trustee Sales in 2011.  I guess they have now decided they may be losing new loans so now there is this caveat.

Also ask for HAFA consideration, that will help too.  Just got one called off because of HAFA request.
