Good morning,

After months of hard work, I have received approval on the 1st from B of A. The 2nd, Wells Fargo, originally recorded the mortgage in the borrower's name, but to the wrong property address (recorded it to the homeowner's other property).

I have been waiting for close to 2 months for this to be resolved. I keep getting updates that they are "working on it", but this does not seem like something that should be taking this long. We have had approval from the 1st for ~ 2 weeks now, and need to close by February 24th.

Does anyone have a contact number for someone in the Title Resolution department? I have not been able to find one. I have a feeling this is simply sitting on someone's desk, as our title agent has stated this is not a difficult issue to resolve.

Any help?
