Wells Fargo Short Sale... pending FCL Sale Date

Does anyone have any escalation contacts with Wells? I've got a Conventional Short Sale... with a FCL Sale Date 10/24. The Processor is threatening to shut down our file, if the BPO Value is not back by tomorrow. As you know, this is not in our control, nor will she give me the BPO Contact info, so that I may try to speed it up.

I need this file to stay open, and get the FCL Date cancelled. Any help would be great!
