Try 800-373-3343  option 3,3.3  They have been very helpful for me to postpone sale dates...Good Luck  I too am in Calif

Hi Patsy-Thank you so much. I was successful in reaching a live person! Yeah! She said to give Wells until the 4th and if they didn't give us a postponement, to call back and Freddie would step in. I did tell the agent that I was a little confused in that I thought Wells worked for Freddie ?? She confirmed but said they didn't want to step on any toes, but Freddie would help if no postponement was made by the 4th. Does this ring true?

That does sound right but they ( Freddie) will step in if needed.  I had a mess with Citi Mortgage and they have been the only saving grace in the deal. If you need anything else let me know.  I have a few tricks with Wells too.  :-)

Hi Patsy,

 

I am also in similar boat as Julie is on, our Servicer is Wells and Freddie is the Investor. Please let me know your tricks for Wells I can use .
