The recorded info sheet is a sheet they provide that you provide the recorded info on the property and send back to them. County, page and book numbers.

I am just curious - since they have that info why request this form?

My escrow officer fill it in and yes it's the info on the APN.   They are coming up with all new things in Equator.  Now that it's approved they are sending weekly tasks to see if it's closing on time.  Say No and put in the closing date on the letter ,if you say yes it changes the closing to that date.

I wondered if it was the last page of the approval letter.  I sent that to atty's office and they didn't seem to think they were supposed to fill it out until closing.  I'll have them do it Monday and see if that's what they want.  Thanks!

This has always been part of the Wells Fargo approval package, it is a info sheet that should have been part of your approval package. The title company can fill it out. What they are asking for is information regarding there Mortgage so when paid off they can release it properly. It can be filled out prior to close of escrow.

Yes, after going through old files I realized you're right, of course.  Buyer's attorneys have filled it out and sent it in themselves in the past. That's why my paralegal wasn't familiar with it either.  Now it's my job to get it in there.  I appreciate your help everyone.
