24pcs sounds like a lot for an LLC. Usually look at Filing with the Sec of State, By Laws, Corp member docs to prove a sole member LLC, and maybe LLC Tax return  -- that 's it. Hard to picture what could be 24 pieces of docs. Can you elaborate?

The LLC is a large entity with subsidiaries in Mexico, Colorado, Nevada and so on. Wells Fargo Processor and Manager  want the following:

LLC Documents- need full operating agreement for the following LLC please. I don't think they can read all these documents to prove it's ams length transaction.
