Hello eveyone.  I'm currently working a short sale with Wells and it appears I will need to start the escalation process this coming week.  The negotiator I'm dealing with is based out of their Des Moines, IA office.  Does anyone have any upper management or C level contacts they could pass my way?  I would greatly appreciate any contacts you have.

Thanks!

I have MANY great direct contacts at Wells.

E-mail me offline - [email protected], and let me know if you are dealing with a first lien, second lien or HELOC.
Ben, could you post your contacts so we could all have them? Thanks, E
One freebie (because I do want to help) in the Iowa Executive office (though I have not used her for a few months):
Dawn M. Nelson, Executive Communications Department
Wells Fargo Home Mortgage
Iowa Servicing Center
Mac: X2302-02J
Telephone: 515-324-2390
Fax: 866-426-1732
E-Mail: [email protected]

Wells also has a GREAT office in:
MAC# 7801-01K
3476 Stateview Blvd
Fort Mill, SC 29715,

2 more GREAT e-mails to have for BIG ISSUES:
[email protected]
[email protected]

The REALLY good contacts I have I try to keep to myself, though I do give full access to ALL of them to anyone who gets a copy of my short sale negotiations book coming out.....sorry, cheap plug for me!!)

.....ONLY b/c I do not want them getting hammered from hundreds of people and then changing their direct e-mail and phone numbers......this happened to me in the past on other sites when I put up direct contact info.

Also, with Wells Fargo (they are the BEST to deal with in my opinion) the contacts/office you will need will vary depending on:
1) Is the loan a first, second, or HELOC
2) Are payments late or current
3) If the loan is a portfolio loan (actually held by Wells), is it a government backed loan (Fannie, Freddie, etc.), or, is it a private investor holding the note.
Again, if you are having any specific issues, contact me offline. Keep in mind I run a national short sale negotiations company....you COULD be getting paid on short sales and NEVER HAVE TO CALL THE BANK OR SEND IN A FAX!!!!

Thanks Ben. I will email you shortly.
