Client received letter from WF to remove from DNC list
Hello all! I was contacted by a possible future client regarding her loan modification with Wells Fargo. She said she received a letter from WF stating that they will not talk to her on the phone any longer unless she removes herself from the DNC list or she has an attorney representing her. I have not seen the letter yet, just what she said over the phone.
Has anyone heard of this?

That's foolishness. Wells has a relationship with her (her loan account is with them !) They can talk to her all day long.... Does Wells believe they could not call her if her payments were late ? Something is just not right....
Is she "Blocking" their phone number or is she on the DNC list only?

this is actually funny. She sent a Do Not Call to the bank who will now not talk to her? They are following the rules, yes she has to remove herself from the list. Or keep calling until she finds someone who doesn't know or understand the DNC list.
