What is the typical Time-frame for a Short sale with US Bank?

I submitted a full short sale packet over 2 weeks ago when I called to follow-up I was told it would take 3 weeks for them to make sure all the documents are there. NOT in review but 3 weeks to check the documents.. WOW! This is my first Short Sale with US Bank. Are there ANY tips or short-cuts to move this file along with US bank? Thanks for any feedback!

Once they verify its a complete packet and you have the bpo in... You can have approval as fast as 3 days!

I'm about to be involved in a US Bank short sale as a buyer agent. I'm just curious how has this file worked out for you since the end of Aug?

I've had everything including BPO in with US Bank...I'm going on 3 months with no approval - forget 3 days!
