US Bank Contact info

Is there any updated contact information for US Bank? I just tried calling the numbers listed found that the number for Randy Griffith is not valid, Lo McEachin no longer works there and it seems I need to ask for the manager in the loss mitigation department to escalate. The managers never seem to be available. Stuck with a US Bank Short sale since July and would any information given.
