Starting New US Bank Short Sale w/1st & 2nd

Hey guys, is package on this forum good for 1st and 2nd lien or is there another package for the 2nd lien? US Bank is on both loans. Also, any recent improvements on this bank, or is it still around the 4 month time frame?
