Postponing a Sale Date????

Has anyone had any success in getting US Bank to postpone a sale date? I have a new client that NOW wants help with a SS. The MSJ was entered 1/17/13 and the sale date is set for 2/20/13. Before I spend time on this, I'm just wondering if US Bank will consider postponing the sale date. I wish she would have contacted me earlier.
