Need Help with a File- which contract did you get the best results from?

I have a first lien short sale approval with BofA and the second lien is with US Bank. I have received the written short sale approval from BofA and we are just waiting on US Bank. They are taking a very long time and they will not provide the contact to the Negotiator. From the list of contracts on this page, which one have you received the best results from? Or if you have a better contract to get the file pushed faster that would be great.
