US Bank refused to send the ATP, even though everything was in way before the foreclosure process started. Then it went into starting the foreclosure process on Mar. 23. I had 14 emails back and forth with the negotiator from April 19th to April 23rd, discussing this. And, asking if there was anyone else she wanted me to talk to before I called FHA. No response to that. Then on the 27th of April, she sent an email that since she had not heard from me since April 6th that the file was going to be closed. I sent an email back that I didn't know what she was talking about, and sent her the last email as reference. No response. Then I get a call from the point of contact person, and I found out that she has put the lie in the file, with absoulutly no reference to what I have been discussing.
I have all my records, with comments on phone calls. I am really hopeful this will work out now. I gave US Bank every opportunity to make it different.

Hi Kathleen, US Bank is slower than Bank of America these days as BofA has improved their processes and faster at reviewing typically than US Bank. How did you reach FHA to discuss your short sale file. I have done many short sales and I believe it is time to escalate this file after giving US Bank many opportunities to work through.
Thank you.
