I am a real estate agent for clients that have a 1st with US Bank Home Mortgage and a 2nd with US Bank Financial out of Cincinnati. I seem to be in good communication with the first lienholder. I am having trouble getting around the mandatory repayment agreement with the 2nd lienholder. Obviously my clients are not in a position to agree to repay the second loan but still want to proceed with negotiating the short sale.
I did see all the contact information posted on these forums for USB Home Mortgage. Does anyone have any contacts for USB Financial that might help with my negotiating the 2nd lien?
Any other insight would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Hilary Willis

Please... Please let me know if you find a contact. We are having a terrible time with this same situation with US Bank financial with a HELOC loan. Our first is worked out to approval with Met Life. Our short sale is dead if we can't escalate pretty high up to address this deficiency issue. Our client is just resolved to filing BK at this point.
Hope you have luck with your sale!

Will do Pamela. Thanks for the response. I am getting pretty frustrated with USB Financial. Their service rep was not helpful or nice to my client. She gave my client a lecture about money management and continued to tell her that it is not USB's fault that my seller can't pay her mortgage.
Good luck with your sale as well!
Hilary
