Does anybody have contact information for an escalation manager at US Bank

I'm having problems progressing with a short sale transaction with US Bank. We have been going in circles for over a year now, and currently the processor has been saying for the last 6 weeks that they are getting the file ready to send to the mortgage insurance company.

Does anybody have an escalation manager contact for US Bank? I'd like to be able to get out of this vicious cycle of waiting, then hearing that the file has expired.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Who is the investor? I can give you the Freddie Mac manager....he is helpful

Becky, I am having issues with US Bank on a 1st and 2nd lien (both liens with US Bank) since last November and neither will get me approval 1st. The 1st lien is Freddie Mac and the manager info would be helpful. Thanks!

Sorry for the misinformation, I have the PNC Freddie Mac manager not the US Bank, sorry....
