Hello All,
I have a family member that was approved for the HAMP.  Then she was told that she was denied and her only alternatives were a short sale or foreclosure.  She was told by a service rep that December's payment not paid.  Then she spoke another who found that payment in their system, however, nothing was reversed.  She has been informed that she cannot be readmitted into the program although she has proof that her payment was made & they found it.
