Equator Status Question

I am trying to buy a short sale property and submitted my contract at the beginning of this year.  I have recently been receiving updates from the seller's short sale negotiator through my realtor.    

Apparently the negotiator has not completed the task to input the valuation, so it has been escalated twice this week.  We are being told that our status in equator is listed as 'held' and 'valuations' in the system.

Our SS negotiator keeps saying we'll have news any day, but this has been going on for weeks.  Does anyone know if this really is near the end of the process and how long it may be before we'll see an approval letter?

It will switch from valuations to negotiations. Good Luck!

Thanks Evelyn - So if I understand correctly, once the negotiator enters the valuation, we go to negotiations, so the end of the process actually is near? That would be great news!
