Has anyone had this issue in Equator before?

I am at the "submit short sale offer" task.

I imput all the data and clit submit.

I get a screen that says the status has changed, which it has, to negotiating.

Yet it still shows that I have to complete the task.

I have completed it 4 times.

I have called Equator BofA support and they said maybe the seller has to complete their tasks first.

I called BofA and they sent me the login for the seller and I finished their tasks.

I then completed my task again and still the same problem.

Any suggestions?  I am calling BofA again today but thought I would try here also.

Thanks in advance.

You're probably at the point where you need to submit "supporting documentation".

Log out of Equator, log back in & check "new tasks", there should be a tab for you to submit your supporting docs. Like a photo of the property, MLS sheet, HUD and Buyer's Pre-approval letter AND Proof of funds.
That's not it. I have been in and out of the system a dozen times. It just doesn't seem to be registering that I have completed that task. I am calling BofA equator support today to get it figured out.

Thanks

Well I called BofA and of course, they are useless. They transfered me to Equators lender support who them transfered me to agent support. I waited on hold for an hour before getting a recording say "good bye" and it hung up. Whil on hold I initiated a chat support request in Equator and that rep could not figure it out and has sent it up to the developers to figure out. I am now waiting for an email response from them.

Will let you know how it goes.

Like BofA isn't screwed up enough already!
