We have been recently approved by Chase / Freddie for a HAFA short sale. We are going to be submitting and offer for the asking price shortly. We owe 7900.00 on the HELOC with Regions. Chase / HAFA pays 6% to the 2nd lien holder to release lien (474.00). Has anyone had experience with a Regions HELOC, and are they difficult to work with? Is it their MO to want the moon?

Not sure what to expect.
