Successful Closing with Nationstar

Nationstar was awesome to work with! I had an approval within 42 days and closed on it today!!! My negotiator was extremely helpful and answered my messages the same day!!! Good Luck!

You are so fortunate! I have a file that was former Aurora loan and I initiated with Nationstar 45 days ago. I've NEVER been able to speak with anyone. I send a message through Equator every 2 days and never get a response. My file has been in "Verify Offer" for 37 days - everything has been uploaded. What do I need to do to get through to Nationstar and get a status on this file ?

You may want to escalate to a supervisor if you are not getting anywhere? Escalate higher if no response from that level. Escalate Escalate!!!!!
