Are you using Equator? From my experience it will be at least 3 - 4 weeks just to get a response that they actually received it. Then you can expect weeks of Counter Offers higher than Actual Market Value especially if the Investor is Deutsche Bank. AND, you can expect they will attempt to force you and the borrower / owner to use Auction.com to list the property. Unless the Seller has authorized you to speak with Auction.com be very careful.
Good Luck, I no longer work on any Nationstar or Deutsche Bank transactions. They are a waste of time.
It took my last one between 2-3 weeks before they responded that the offer package is complete. Then another three weeks to tell me the offer was in line for submission to Freddie Mac. The timeline at that point as quoted by them is 3-5 business days to send to Freddie then 7-10 business days for Freddie to respond. Still waiting to see what that actually turns out to be.
