Did you call Nationstar? Its most likely similar to the WF one so if you don't get a satisfactory answer from calling, just write one similar to the WF one which can be found in the WF section of this website.

I was provided these three documents when I initiated a Nationstar SS recently.  There's nothing about a "Listing Addendum".

Also, Nationstar requires the Listing Agent to provide a BPO and a Preliminary Title Report.

Are you in California?  We have a specific listing addendum for Short Sales-check your listing to see if an addendum is marked as part of the listing agreement.  Lenders want all addendums marked in the contract to be sent to them since those are part of the contract.

 

Just a thought, if you have not already looked at that possibility.

This is not a required document.  I used the Listing Addendum for my Arms Length Transaction and Short Sale disclosure form.
