Nationstar Changed the locks after closing
Any ideas how to get them to replace to the brush nickel original locks? They ruined a part of the door jam and destroyed the nice locks and put on cheap brass locks. New owner is P.O.'d.
It started out promising and was transferred to the Accounts Resolutions and started to make some headway, but now communication has come to a halt. Any ideas?

If the bank changed the locks after the closing - ie: after they were in receipt of the paid off funds, you have a breaking and entering and should file a police report. The buyer should have it covered by their insurance policy and the insurance company can sort it out with the lender, who is responsible for all the damage.
