Does anyone have a good contact to escalate a HAFA short sale with Nationstar.  These people are so clueless.  I have a HAFA short sale going offer written end of Nov, was finally allowed to upload the offer into Equator Dec 20, 2013 and can't get a response from them at all.  I've tried calling the escalation number and I keep getting the run around.  I just tried to email the assistance desk and that email bounced back.  We have till Feb 13, 2014 to sell this home under the program and these guys are just idiots.
