Hey all,

I just received a listing for a home with Nationstar and these clients have tried to complere a loan modification for the past couple years with no success.  They have a foreclosure date now of July 3rd and we have desperately made an attempt to stop the foreclosure however negotiator declined it out because he stated there was no time to work on the file. They were late in approaching me for help but received an offer immediately and initiated this short-sale in equator last Monday.  I just got assigned a negotiator yesterday so precious time was wasted unfortunately.  

I have everything necessary to proceed...does anyone have any contacts at nationstar that I can reach out to that may be able to assist that may have some pull?!!  A support-team, higher up, VP, etc? 

Please please help!  Trying to do everything possible since we have an awesome offer!!!
