My Clients submitted most of their papers prior to having me list the home. They missed one of the docs and short sale was denied. I asked for Midlands assistance in getting this re-submitted. They were wonderful! It was all just resubmitted about 2 weeks ago. When I sent in a request for an update they told me it was under review for final approval. WOW! I will let you know if it goes through or not, but I am hopeful.

  *I have to add that my clients had filed bankruptcy, so this would make sense for the bank. Keeping my fingers crossed and working hard on getting the second to agree!
