Trying to get a sale postponed for the 15th

Does anyone know of who I can get a hold of in upper management.  We are just getting in our 3rd party authorization and have a complete ss packet to send in, but they are telling us it is too late??  We have had other banks stop the sale like 2 days before the sale. Any suggestions?

Try contacting the attorney on the writ for the sheriff sale. Met Life is a nightmare!!!

Aaron, I am at my witts end with this Met Life run around. I listed the propety in July and have been corresponding all this time until the week before Thanksgiving when I submitted the contract to purchase now they are telling me they have lost the authorization so I faxed over 10 copies and now they are telling me they cannot find it. Are these people inept or what. I think it all boils down to the people we are talking to do not have a vested interest and could care less. The trouble is innocent people are caught up in this such as the buyer the seller and two realtors. I wish I could call Fannie Mae and tell them this is why their homes are not being sold. Did you end up closing the sale?
