Submitted entire SS Packet to First Horizon including offer etc 6/4/10 BPO ordered 7/8/10 and was received back by bank on 7/22... call all the time and still in review almost 3 months later..????
Submitted entire SS Packet to First Horizon including offer etc 6/4/10 BPO ordered 7/8/10 and was received back by bank on 7/22... call all the time and still in review almost 3 months later..???? Not one word from my negotiator. Not sure what to do... customer service reps have no response even after escalation was submitted on the 4th of Oct. 10 days later still nothing.. any suggestions? Buyer is getting very impatient.

I just got an approval submitted September 09. We couldn't keep a buyer long enough for approval. I've had others approved in 60-75 days. You may need to escalate or find the investor or MI company. The 13 month approval had MI on it.
