Wow! it all sounds the same and it sounds like Met Life Could Care Less. I've been waiting for 4 months for a property I had listed as a short sale and presented them with 2 offers the first week, well just last week I was told after tons of calls that the one offer was going to be countered and I was told it would be fax to me within a week, well after a week I called and I was told they change their mind and sold it to Fannie Mae, but this whole time I as well as the seller and buyers were told each week we should have an answer, but it was like they wanted to drag it on and on so that this would be the end result. I never even got to speak to the assigned rep Oscar Senior, but after reading othet bloggs he seems to be not too concerned with  helping. I also had to resubmit my paperwork time after time and never ever was contacted. It seems this company has a plan that only benifts them and not the client. and to bad we don't have a Fedral agency to complain to that is willing to get to the bottom of these scams.
