Letter of Authorization

They have lost our Letter of Authorization twice. We can't even present the current - almost full price offer because they are saying there is NO LoA on file. Does anyone know if they have a specific LoA that is being used and not lost?

No, they do not have a specific LOA. They are as a whole an ignorant, disorganized lender. As a purely retaliatory tactic I faxed them my LOA every week. Seriously. Also, when I faxed documents I would send them everyday for a week 3 or 4 times a day. They may claim not to have received something that was faxed once, twice or 3 times BUT they cannot deny receipt of something that wax faxed 20 times.
