A Negotiator countered, we sent her everything she needed, fax, email like 5 times, never got an email back, Bank won;t transfer calls to her. Then we receive a letter that they closed the file because we never sent the documents requested (which we sent about 6 times).

We called and escalated they saw it was their mistake and asked for a complete short sale package, we sent it including emails and fax confirmations. We allowed a couple of days then they confirmed they had everything and asked to wait 2 more days. Then we followed up they saying that they received everything, and on the next call saying they didn't. 

Then I was told it was being escalated to upper management last Saturday, this morning I called an they said "HEY THIS HOUSE IS GOING TO FORECLOSURE SORRY HAVE A GOOD DAY!". Asked to speak with supervisor, she saw the banks mistake and offered to escalate to upper management and call us back in an hour.

She never did, I just called and the same, sorry she did an fannie mae denied the extension, this file is being closed and house foreclosed tomorrow.

We talked to other supervisor and he stated the same. 

This servicer Sucks!

I have call logs, and confirmations, Is there any way to get to the investor's attention, this house was overpriced but buyer wanted it so he agreed to counter offer for top dollar amount, and now because of their services they will sell in a foreclosure.

Not sure where you are located. I've had homeowners file bankruptcy in my area up to 3 hours before an auction and that typically can get it stopped. It may not be an option for your homeowner and I'm not recommending it, but I've seen it happen more than once. I'm sorry this happend. SUCKS!
