Are being handled by Cartus

Just wanted to see if anyone else who is doing a Charles Schwab/PHH short sale if their short sale is now being handled by Cartus? I have on with Charles Schwabb/PHH and it was approved directly through them. Then the other was sent to Cartus to be negotiated through them.
