I've downloaded the "Short Sale Application" listed under the Capital One/Chevy Chase Bank group but this package looks more to me like a modification package.  Does Capital One have something perhaps more geared toward a short sale or is this package just fine to use?  I realize that all the same information is required for short sale/modification but I know sometimes that banks can be really picky as far as the exact forms you submit to them.

Anyone have any experience with this?
