Hi. Im currently working a on Short Sale with Capital one.
which it has a junior loan- Wachovia
. Capital One will not issue an approval until wachovia does, I reached out to wachovia and wachovia says the same thing. - So im going no where
Any Contact information with capital one or wachovia that can break the loop will be greatly appreciated
