I am trying to find the information from a prior discussion on recommendation of what to input in the subject line to a negotiator with BofA to get a response.  For some reason, I'm thinking that the prior discussion referred to not putting a loan number in the subject line.  Please direct me to the correct post!

Not sure where that post is, but es no loan number in the subject line. I typically leave it blank, since the post said BofA is told to delete any e-mail with a loan number in the subject line! Good Luck
I don't remember where the post was, but I seem to recall it saying that it is okay to put the property address, just not the loan #. I have been doing that and so far my wrists haven't been slapped.
thank you!
