Just thought that some of you might want to know that I finally (after close to 11 months) closed on my house yesterday.  It was brutal until the bitter end, but I made it.  I am the buyer and it looked like I was going to lose this house several times but in the end (literally at the last minute) BoA gave me an extenstion, I didn't think I'd really need the full 30 days (I did), but I was glad to get them, and I was able to close on the last day for COE.  It would've been a little sooner but my employer took over two days to verify I still had a job before the loan funded.  I started moving some furniture in today and had people out fixing a lot of the problems that come along with a house that's been empty for over a year in AZ heat!!
Thanks for all of your help, advice, listening, posts, etc.  I couldn't have made it through this process without those of you who took time out of your busy days to respond to my posts.
